Sammy is pretty miserable...and hence...so is Mommy! ;)
We both woke up with sore throats on Thursday and it's only gotten worse. Poor little guy wakes up every 1/2 hour or so coughing real hard and cries because it hurts. Mommy isn't sleeping much either because she has one ear listening for him all day and night! The doctor let us give him some medicine today so hopefully he'll start feeling better.
The good news (better yet, GREAT news!) is that Daddy came home last night!!! After being away for 6 days in Florida for a Softball Crusade it's so GREAT to have him home! We sure miss Dada when he's gone! Sammy's such a good baby, but I still feel like I need a break every now and then. The hardest time is in the evening when Dada is normally getting home. That's when I really feel like it would be nice for someone else to help out! But he's home now and he's all ours!
Of course, this isn't a miserable picture. This is one I took a few weeks ago with Sammy doing his latest face. He closes his eyes real tight when you do it to him (or if you take the camera out - turkey!) =)
